Bellcourt commenced operation in 1996 under directorship of Joan Bellerby and Jacky Courtney. Jacky Courtney has since retired and Scott Bellerby commenced with Bellcourt in early 2014 and is now the Managing Director. As well as the substantial 20 years industry experience and wealth of strata knowledge Joan offers, Scott brings into the business over 13 years experience as a licenced commercial valuer and retail development manager.
Over the years Bellcourt has grown to become one of the largest and most respected strata management companies in WA offering exclusive state-wide strata management services.
Bellcourt currently manages 180 strata companies consisting of around 4200 lots. In order to do so in a professional manner Bellcourt has 8 full time strata managers, two assistants, an accounts team and other support staff. All staff members are proud members of Strata Community Australia WA (SCA), our strata managers are accredited SCA strata managers or working towards accreditation, and all staff undertake regular professional development training.
